1. "Wind Blowing Across Utopia" - Beginning of episode. Ends on the scene-shift over to the military flying over the Vodera city. OST 1, Disk 2, Track 3.

2. "Alone in the Wilderness" - Scene-shift back to Norbu and the gang. Ends on shift back to the battle over Vodera city. OST 1, Disk 2, Track 2.

3. "Misunderstanding Unresolved" - Starts with Dewey cueing the Orange attack. Ends when Norbu's compac glows and Sakuya appears to him. OST 1, Disk 2, Track 7.

4. "I've Got It -Eureka New School Acid Mix-" - Cues with the launching of theEND, and back to the Nirvash escape. Ends when Eureka and Sakuya freak after the Orange attacks hit the ground. OST 2, Disk 1, Track 19.

5. "Purgatory's Fruit" - Starts at beginning of Part B. Ends when the GekkoState LFOs fly up to the sky, to regroup with the Gekko. OST 2, Disk 1, Track 13.

6. "Second Summer of Love" - Cues when Sakuya starts talking to Norbu, after he apologizes for abandoning her 40 years ago. Ends when Renton, Eureka, and the Gekko see the poroloca. OST 2, Disk 1, Track 20.

7. "Sprinting Spirits" - Cues when the Gekko rushes and attacks the Antibodies to cover for Renton and Eureka. Ends when theEND tears apart the 909. OST 2, Disk 1, Track 17.

8. "To Make A Pathetic Decision" - Cues when theEND fires shots at the Nirvash, and Renton has flashbacks of everyone. Ends when Miss Tiptree sees the flower petals falling after Renton and Eureka go into the Zone, with Anemone left behind. OST 2, Disk 1, Track 15.

9. "Sea of Prayers" - Cues on the cut back to Holland on the ground in the aftermath. Ends at the end of the episode, with the shot of the Nirvash over Japan. OST 2, Disk 1, Track 10.
